Norbert Hanifle, our head chef, has lived it out since he came here to the gourmet Hotel Ansitz Plantitscherhof in 2003. Together with his kitchen crew he creates varied, delicious and unique dishes. Priority in the composition of the food is that it is full of flavour and healthy too.

THE START IN THE DAY with fresh fruit and varieties of muesli, invigorating fruit juices, freshly made egg dishes ensuring enough energy for an active day outdoors. These ingredients are joined by savoury meat and cheese specialities as well as a large selection of jams and spreads. Exquisite tea and coffee specialities, with their delightful smells and tastes, round off the morning enjoyment. The end of the week is celebrated on Sundays with a fine champagne breakfast. Of course it goes without saying that all products are available in gluten and lactose-free form.
IN THE AFTERNOON you can make the most of sweet temptations such as homemade cakes from the buffet from our own patisserie.
CULINARY HIGHLIGHT EVERY EVENING are the gourmet meals served in five to seven courses. Made from basic ingredients of the highest quality. With lots of love and creativity, our head chef and his kitchen team will not fail to surprise their guests. You can choose the corresponding wine from our exclusive and comprehensive wine list. Preferences regarding food intolerances are gladly taken into consideration by our kitchen team. You can also take the opportunity to visit the kitchen and take a look over the shoulders of the masters while they are at work. Recipes cards for cooking the dishes at home are available at reception. Enjoy a daily journey through the world of haute cuisine.

As part of our gourmet-board we also offer daily and varied dishes for vegetarians. Our head chef is very creative and offers you delicious Mediterranean cuisine, gladly lactose-free and gluten-free. And to round off you taste experience, our sommelier will be happy to recommend the perfect wine.
